An exclusive wine dinner with Ridge Vineyards at La Mar San Francisco
This July, La Mar San Francisco welcomes Ridge Vineyards for a one-night wine dinner celebrating exceptional California wines and contemporary Peruvian cuisine on the waterfront.
Hosted by Lauren Lyall, Assistant Winemaker at Monte Bello, the evening will bring together the heritage of Ridge Vineyards with the bold, refined flavors of La Mar. Guests will enjoy a multi-course prix fixe menu by Chef Victoriano López, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Ridge wines.
Designed as an intimate dining experience, LA MAR X RIDGE will highlight the character and elegance of each wine through a menu that moves from bright coastal flavors to richer, more expressive dishes. The evening will include a special side-by-side tasting of Ridge Geyserville Zinfandel Blend and Ridge Lytton Springs Zinfandel Blend, as well as Ridge Monte Bello Cabernet Sauvignon served from magnum.
