Celebrate Mother’s Day by the bay with a special Mother’s Day Buffet at La Mar San Francisco. Join us on Sunday, May 10 for a festive brunch experience featuring some of our favorite Peruvian dishes served across a variety of stations throughout the restaurant.

Guests can explore cebiche, nigiri, causa, anticucho, and empanada stations, with our anticuchos grilled outdoors. After enjoying the starters, each guest will select one entrée, followed by a visit to the dessert table featuring a selection of sweet Peruvian classics.

Mother’s Day Buffet Menu

Cebiche Station

  • Clásico – Fresh catch of the day in classic leche de tigre, red onion, habanero, corn, and sweet potatoes

  • Nikkei – Ahi tuna and cucumber with tamarind and rocoto leche de tigre

  • Leche de Tigre – Selection of chopped seafood with rocoto leche de tigre, choclo, and cancha

  • Veggie – Pickled beets, artichoke, tomatoes, and avocado served in a sunchoke leche de tigre

Nigiri Station

  • Criollo – Ahi tuna topped with ají amarillo cream

  • Anticuchero – Salmon paired with jalapeño sauce

  • Vegetarian – Roasted tomatoes, basil sauce, and toasted garnish

 

Causa Station

  • Limeña – Organic chicken, celery, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and ají amarillo sauce

Anticucho Station

Peruvian-style skewers glazed with anticuchera sauce, served with choclo, potatoes, and assorted Peruvian sauces:

Entrées

Guests may choose one main course:

  • Churrasco Marino – Grilled Alaskan halibut, ají amarillo and chicha sauce, sticky black rice

  • Salmon Nikkei – Grilled salmon and shrimp with seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, ají panca, and coconut milk

  • Arroz con Mariscos – Catch of the day, shrimp, and calamari wok-fried with rice, Peruvian ajíes, vegetables, and leche de tigre

  • Chaufa Aeropuerto – Fried rice with Wagyu beef culotte and seasonal vegetables, topped with a shrimp omelet

  • Berenjena Criolla – Vegan

  • Lomo Saltado – Peruvian beef tenderloin with tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, soy and oyster sauce, potatoes, rice, and fried egg

  • Parrillada Fina – Grilled American Wagyu flat iron with anticuchera sauce, fried potatoes, and choclo

 

Dessert Table

  • Choco-Maracuyá – Passion fruit cheesecake, cacao mousse, berry compote, almond crumble

  • Lúcuma a Cacao – Lúcuma-cacao mousse with caramelized Andean grains
