Chef Acurio will be curating a unique menu alongside executive chefs from Lima (the original La Mar), Miami, and San Francisco. Bellevue’s own Chef Kaoru Chang takes the spotlight, showcasing his culinary talent alongside Acurio’s renowned expertise.
Peruvian Flavors Meet the Pacific Northwest – Peru, Land of Diversity – by La Mar, draws inspiration from the anticipated La Mar Bellevue menu. This innovative dinner event connects Bellevue, Washington, and Lima, Peru through gastronomy. Diners will explore the rich seafood diversity of the Pacific Ocean, connecting the North Pacific waters with their South Pacific counterparts.
