La Mar celebrates the authentic and diverse flavors of Peruvian gastronomy, a tour through Peru’s incredible cultural diversity, including Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, and Andean influences. Our menu features unique flavors and presentations, served from our trademark cebiche bar or cooked in a charcoal-fired oven.

La Mar celebrates the bounty of both the land and sea from a uniquely Peruvian perspective. Wine is a major element of the beverage offerings, highlighting South American wines and unique gems alongside luxury standards on a robust menu carefully curated by a dedicated sommelier. Pisco, a cornerstone of the backbar, represents a wide range of grapes, styles, and producers. Cocktail offerings are flavorful and creative, balancing experiential presentations with high-volume service. Inspiration is drawn from every element of Peruvian cuisine, with classic cocktails anchoring the menu and globally and locally inspired signatures rounding out the offerings. Beer offerings focus on light, refreshing lagers from Peru, pairing perfectly with cebiches, tiraditos, and anticuchos.
